PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an agricultural material application method capable of preventing agricultural materials such as pesticides from dropping to a place other than a field of application target. A method of applying an agricultural material to a field using a multicopter 1, wherein the agricultural material is a granule or a powder containing an active ingredient and floating in water. Agricultural materials are collected so as not to be dispersed in a certain amount by the containing member or the connecting member, and apparently form one lump formulation 20. The containing member or the connecting member is partially or wholly made of a water-soluble substance. A plurality of block preparations 20 are mounted on the multicopter 1, the multicopter 1 is flown over a flooded field, and the block preparations are dropped into the field one by one or several at regular intervals.
