The present invention relates to bi-functionalized nanoparticles and uses thereof. A composition according to an aspect contains a nucleic acid molecule combined with c-Met modified on the surface and a nucleic acid molecule combined with nucleolin, thereby being able to significantly improve the delivery efficiency of nanoparticles in cancer cells, and thus enhancing the cancer cell killing effect by the same.
