PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental response investigation device for microorganisms that is capable of realizing an environmental condition equivalent to a natural environment at any point and is oriented to energy saving. ! SOLUTION: There is provided an environmental response investigation device for microorganisms reduced in input-output of energy by heat transfer and ventilation. The device uses: at least one piece of real-time natural environment data of light intensity, a day length, a temperature, humidity, a wind direction, wind velocity and a rainfall that have been measured at any point by an environmental sensor; already-acquired natural environment data at any point; or any virtual natural environment data.
