The present invention provides an upright type motorized rehabilitation device by the slide of upper and lower limbs, the device enabling a user to have the upper and lower body exercise at the same time or selectively. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a main unit having an intervening connection frame connecting a pair of left and right horizontal frames which are placed on the floor, and a pair of left and right inner/outer frames coupled to the connection frame; a height adjusting unit having a first actuator to vertically move a horizontal plate fixed and installed on an upper end of a guide rod according to a physical condition of a user, wherein the first actuator vertically moves the guide rod assembled to a guide tube so as to vertically move, and the guide tube is fixed and installed to the left and right inner frames; an upper body exercise unit assembled to be movable in left and right directions through the medium of a first slider assembled to a first rail disposed on the horizontal plate, and having an upper table provided with grips held by both hands of the user, so as to allow the user to perform an upper body exercise; a lower body exercise unit having a vertical plate provided through the medium of the main unit and a connection assembly, assembled to be movable in left and right directions through the medium of a second slider assembled to a second rail disposed on the vertical plate, and having a lower table with a support member touching the knees of the user, so as to allow the user to perform a lower body exercise; and a band adjustment unit having a wire member with a predetermined length inserted and disposed in a wire guide tube fixed and installed to an outer frame, a band member connected to one end of the wire member to support the waist or hip part of the user, and a second actuator providing external force to guide and move the wire member inserted and installed in the wire guide tube, so as to adjust the enti
