The present invention relates to a device for measuring an exercise amount which is installed on a body or an exercise equipment and measures amount of the exercise. The device for measuring an exercise amount comprises: a main body having a pair of through holes penetrated in both sides a fixing means including an insertion unit which is inserted and fixed to the through hole so that the body of a wearer or the exercises equipment can be mounted to one of the through hole of the main body, a hanger unit which covers a side of the main body and prevents the main body from being separated and a ring interposing a plurality of protrusion unit to prevent from being slipped from the body of the wearer or the exercises equipment a sensing means which contains a sensor for sensing a movement of the wearer or the exercises equipment within the main body, and converts information obtained from the sensor into a numerical value of the exercise amount and a terminal means which confirms the amount of exercise by the user using the numerical value of amount of exercise obtained from the sensing means. Thus, the wearer can measure the amount of the exercise with mounting the measuring device on the body or the exercise equipment, and check the own exercise amount through a desktop, a notebook PC, a smart-phone and a PDA, and so on, thereby confirming the own exercise amount and planning exercise design.
