PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a wall surface capable of diffusing an essential oil in an indoor wide space by an inexpensive constitution, and reducing leakage of the essential oil, while securing sufficiently an installation space.SOLUTION: A sheet 1 for a wall surface includes a leakage reduction sheet 2 stuck on the wall surface, and having a recess 2a, for reducing leakage of an essential oil, and a nonwoven fabric sheet 3 provided on the recess 2a, and formed of a nonwoven fabric capable of impregnating and diffusing the essential oil.
