A sheet-like nonwoven fabric (10) is provided with: first protrusions (11) protruding to the first surface side (Z1), which is on the side of the nonwoven fabric (10) which is visible in the plan view thereof, and having inner spaces (11K)； and second protrusions (12) protruding to the second surface side (Z2), which is located on the reverse side of the first surface side (Z1), and having inner spaces (12K). A wall section (11W) having an annular structure is provided between the top (11T) of each first protrusion (11) and the opening (11H) of the inner space (11K) of the first protrusion (11). The first and second protrusions (11, 12) are alternately and continuously arranged in different directions intersecting each other in the plan view of the nonwoven fabric (10), and fibers located on the first surface side (Z1) has a lower hydrophilic property than fibers located on the second surface side (Z2).
