To provide a solid powdered cosmetic having soft smooth and moist feeling, and moisture-retaining properties and excellent in senses of use such as dust removing and impact resistance properties with difficulty to cause crack during the use of cosmetic tools.
SOLUTION: The solid powdered cosmetic includes the following components: (A) 60-98 mass% of the powder, (B) 1-20 mass% of an oleum, (C) 0.5-10 mass% of a nonvolatile liquid water soluble component and (D) 0.5-10 mass% of a film forming polymer and wherein the mass ratios of components (A) and (B) and (C) show (C)/[(a)+(b)] =0.01 to 0.2.
