PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which is excellent in dispersibility of pigment in the cosmetic just after application, has a bright application color, and has hue coincidence of an appearance color with the application color.SOLUTION: An oily cosmetic contains following components (A)-(E): (A) a coloring pigment (B) 0.1-15 mass% of an organopolysiloxane in which a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment is combined through an alkylene group containing a hetero atom with at least two silicon atoms of an organo polysiloxane segment constituting a main chain (C) 1-80 mass% of a nonvolatile oil agent (D) 1-50 mass% of a volatile hydrocarbon oil or a volatile silicone oil and (E) 0.01-15 mass% of a cellulose derivative in which a main chain includes a cellulose skeleton where 40 mol% or more of total hydroxyl groups are replaced by a group-O-M-R (wherein, M is CH2 or carbonyl group: C=O and R is 3-40C linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group).COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
