PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument or intraocular lens insertion system capable of easily injecting an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion instrument inserts a deformable intraocular lens including an optical portion and a support portion extending outward from a peripheral part of the optical portion, and has the front face facing a cornea side in the eye, into the eye by progressing a rod-like pushing member in a cylindrical insertion portion having an opening at the tip.
