PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument capable of reducing the possibility that an extrusion member of an intraocular lens is assembled to a body of the intraocular lens insertion instrument in an incorrect direction.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion instrument 1 comprises a substantially cylindrical instrument body 10 having an insertion cylindrical part 100 for inserting an intraocular lens 2 into an eye, at a distal end, and an intraocular lens extrusion member 30 which is provided so as to be slidable in the instrument body, for pressing and moving the intraocular lens to the insertion cylindrical part and extruding the lens into the eye.
