PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric toothbrush which can improve workability of assembly work of a lid member with respect to a grip body, and which can prevent increase in frictional resistance of a power transmission part arranged in the grip body.SOLUTION: A grip 31 of a replaceable brush 30 includes: a grip body 32 having an opening at a tip side rear part and a lid member 70 so as to close the opening. At a base end part of the lid member 70, a locking piece 71 for locking the base end part of the lid member 70 to the grip body 32 is provided in a protrusive manner. In the middle part in the length direction of the grip body 32, one of a first hook 73 and a first locking part 72 which are mutually engageable is provided, and in the middle part in the length direction of the lid member 70, the other is provided.
