PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified composition having excellent touch feeling and excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-in-water type emulsified composition which comprises the following components (A) to (E) in which the mass content ratio ((D)/((A)+(B)) of (D) component to (A) component and (B) component in the oil-in-water type emulsified composition is 0.5 or more and 5 or less: (A) a liposoluble sucrose fatty acid ester, (B) a glyceryl mono-fatty acid ester, (C) N-acylamino acid and/or a salt thereof, (D) a higher alcohol having 16 to 24 carbon atoms, and (E) a polar oily substance which is in a liquid state at 40°C.
