Provided are: an electronic-viewfinder adapter, with which it is possible to improve photographing operability for a photographer and to achieve space savings when carried and the minimization a camera for photographers who do not need the function of a retrofitted electronic viewfinder; a camera; and an electronic viewfinder. An electronic viewfinder adapter 16 is provided with: a base member 102 having an accessory shoe attachment part 54 detachably attached to an accessory shoe 20; a first connector 64 detachably connected to an output side connector 56 provided to the accessory shoe 20; a tilt member 104; an accessory shoe 106 provided to the tilt member 104; and a second connector 108 detachably connected to a finder image signal input-side connector 110 provided to an electronic viewfinder 14, and electrically connected to the first connector 64.
