PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camellia oil dispersion solution in which nanoparticles of camellia oil is effectively dispersed in water, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the camellia oil dispersion solution containing water as a main ingredient and 1.0 wt.% or less of camellia oil. The camellia oil is composed of nanoparticles having a diameter of less than 1,000 nm and dispersed in water.
