The cooling plate (1) converts an electrical energy of a microbattery (41) into a cooling energy, and transmits, via a concave surface of the cooling ring (11), the cooling energy to a human body part to be cooled so as to perform physical cooling. The vibrator (2) generates a vibration for moving each of the electrodes (3), and performs a vibration massage on the human body part to be cooled.
