PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass-cutting blade having lifetime which is longer than those of conventional grass-cutting blades. SOLUTION: The grass-cutting blade 16 is in a plate shape. The grass-cutting blade 16 has cutting edges 30 and 32 on the side faces of the tip part and extended in the longitudinal direction of the grass-cutting blade. A notch 42 is formed behind the cutting edges 30 and 32 so that the back widths from the cutting edges 30 and 32 to the notch 42, is narrow at the tip side and wide on the root side. Preferably, the grass-cutting blade 16 is a double-edge type and has the cutting edges 30, 32, 34 and 36. The V-shaped groove 42 is formed in between both the edges.
