The present invention relates to a method in which a microorganism is used in order to produce salt having a crystal nucleus containing the microorganism. More specifically, the invention relates to a production method for salt having a crystal nucleus containing the microorganism, comprising the steps of: introducing the microorganism into salt water and growing crystal nuclei containing the microorganism such that the salt is crystallized. Also, the present invention relates to the salt having the crystal nucleus containing the microorganism, and preferably to salt having a crystal nucleus containing one or more microorganisms selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus sp., Weissella sp., Leuconostoc sp. and Pediococcus sp. The salt having the crystal nucleus containing the microorganism can be produced by means of the production method for the salt having the crystal nucleus containing the microorganism. As compared with traditional bay salt manufactured in Korea which has been confirmed to have a rich mineral content and to be of outstanding quality, the salt produced by means of the production method of the present invention is advantageous in that it has lower salinity, a higher mineral content and enhanced functionality, and the provenance and history can be easily confirmed via the microorganism(s) contained in the crystals of the salt.La présente invention concerne un procédé faisant appel à un micro-organisme pour produire un sel possédant un noyau cristallin contenant le micro-organisme.
