To provide an oily composition that has silkiness and excellent irregularity-correcting effects and can be filled into a container which is not airtight. An oily composition comprising, with respect to 100 mass% of the oily composition, (a) 1 to 20 mass% of a dextrin fatty acid ester, (b) less than 5 mass% of a volatile oil having a boiling point at normal pressure of 250 DEG C or less, (c) 10 to 60 mass% of a non-volatile oil that is liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure, and (d) 10 to 50 mass% of a silicone resin powder.本發明之課題在於使油性組合物成為具有乾爽之使用性，凹凸修正效果優異，且能夠填充至不具有氣密性之容器者。 本發明之油性組合物，係相對於油性組合物100質量%而包含： (a)糊精脂肪酸酯1～20質量%、 (b)常壓下之沸點為250℃以下之揮發性油分未達5質量%、 (c)常溫、常壓下為液狀之非揮發性油分10～60質量%、及 (d)聚矽氧樹脂粉末10～50質量%。
