The present invention relates to a method for producing blocks of lightweight aggregates that can produce a vegetative cover. In particular, the method can be used to produce blocks of lightweight aggregates agglomerated with a hydraulic binder that promotes plant growth on the surface thereof. The blocks produced using the above method comprise networks of interconnected pores forming channels suitable for plant root development.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de blocs de granulats légers végétalisables. En particulier, le procédé permet de fabriquer des blocs de granulats légers agglomérés au moyen d'un liant hydraulique favorisant la croissance des végétaux sur leur surface. Les blocs produits par le procédé ont des réseaux de pores interconnectés formant des canaux adaptés au développement racinaire des végétaux.
