In dem Verfahren wird eine Malignomgewebeprobe ex vivo gereinigt, zerkleinert, in Kulturmedium suspendiert, einer Behandlung mit Kollagenase unterworfen und das Kollagenaseaufschlußprodukt wird zentrifugiert. Das gewonnene Pellet wird in Kulturmedium mittels eines Aufsauginstruments resuspendiert, dabei mehrmals aufgesogen und wieder zurückgegeben, und in ein Kulturgefäß überführt.
