PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oral compositions which can improve bowel movement in a small amount of the oral compositions without causing abdominal pain.SOLUTION: A oral composition contains senna extract at the rate of 50-500 mg/day in dry conversion and water-soluble dietary fiber at the rate of 250-2000 mg/day in dry conversion. The oral composition may be further blended with lactic acid bacteria or lactic acid bacteria and insoluble dietary fiber.
