摘要：: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory disease. According to the present invention, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory disease has effects in preventing and treating inflammatory disease, by inhibiting generation of NO which is a main inducing substance of inflammation, PGE_2, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-&alpha；), and activation of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS).본 발명은 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물은 염증의 주요 유도물질인 NO, PGE2 및 TNF-α(Tumor necrosis factor-alpha)의 생성과 COX-2(Cyclooxygenase-2), IL-6(Interleukin-6) 및 iNOS(inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase)의 활성을 억제시킴으로써, 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료 효과가 있다.
