A HUMAN ANTI-TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR ALPHA MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND USE THEREOF A protein capable of specifically binding to human TNFa (tumor necrosis factor alpha) is provided, i.e. human anti-TNFa monoclonal antibody derived from human B cells. The light and heavy chains of the antibody comprise the amino acid sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO: 8 and SEQ ID NO: 9 or 10, respectively. The encoding gene, the Fab antibody and the use in the preparation of the medicament for treating TNFa-related inflammation of the anti-TNFa antibody are also provided.
