The present invention relates to an injection vial-embedded sap set with a vial function comprising: an outlet (20) provided in an exit (12) of a pouch container (10) and an inlet (30) provided in an entrance (14) of the pouch container (10). The inlet (30) includes: an injection needle part (40) in which an injection needle (44) is vertically provided on an injection needle holder (42) fused to the entrance (14) of the pouch container (10) an inner cap (50) which is coupled to the injection needle holder (42) of the injection needle part (40), accommodates the injection needle (44) therein, and has a sealing film (52) through which the injection needle passes at the time of lowering an outer cap (60) which is capable of vertically moving coaxially with the inner cap (50) and accommodates a turned over injection vial (70) therein and a packing holder (90) which is coupled to an upper portion of the sealing film (52) of the inner cap (50) to be able to move vertically, seals and couples an entrance stopper (72) of the injection vial (70) with the sealing film (52) at a lower portion thereof, and accommodates a packing (80) with a vertical through hole (82) at the center thereof. The present invention provides user convenience and safety.
