The present invention relates to a double finger grip holder for a syringe usable for all needle types. According to the present invention, the double finger grip holder is tightly fixed to the outer surface of a syringe cylinder by a holder body； avoids slippage by a first grip part and a second grip part regardless of the type of injection until the injection in the syringe is emptied by a piston rod； enhances the responsiveness against a force of pressing the piston rod； can be used for needles of any diameter thereby improving the usability and user convenience； allows a needle support cap to be easily fastened to or detached from the holder body； considerably enhances the fastening strength and support strength between the needle support cap and the holder body when the needle support cap is fastened to the holder body； enables a strong grip of the syringe by the first grip part and the second grip part； prevents the syringe from moving during the injection by the strong grip of the syringe； and enhances the tightness with respect to the fingers.본 발명은 홀더몸체에 의해 주사기실린더 외면에 밀착 고정될 수 있고, 제1그립부와 제2그립부에 의해 주사액 종류에 관계없이 피스톤로드에 의해 주사액을 다 밀어낼 때까지 슬립을 방지하며 피스톤로드를 누르는 힘에 대한 대응력을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 주사바늘 굵기에 관계없이 교체 사용이 가능하도록 하여 사용성 및 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 주사바늘지지캡을 홀더몸체에 체결하거나 주사바늘지지캡을 홀더몸체로부터 이탈시킴이 용이하고 주사바늘지지캡을 홀더몸체에 체결 시 주사바늘지지캡과 홀더몸체와의 견고한 체결성 및 지지성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 제1그립부 및 제2그립부에 의해 주사기의 견고한 파지가 가능함은 물론 주사기의 견고한 파지에 의해 주사액을 주사할 때 주사기가 유동되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며 손가락과의 밀착성을 향상시킬 수 있는 주사바늘 모델별 교체사용이 가능한 주사기용 2단 핑거그립 홀더가 개시된다.
