PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tree appearance score estimation device capable of estimating a tree appearance score obtained by scoring a plant tree appearance at low cost.SOLUTION: A tree appearance score estimation device comprises: a green visibility acquisition unit for acquiring the green visibility of plants； and a tree appearance score estimation unit for estimating a tree appearance score of the plant from the green visibility obtained by the green visibility acquisition unit on the basis of relationship information indicating a relationship between the green visibility and the tree appearance score. Preferably, the relationship information indicates the relationship between the product of the green visibility for each direction and the tree appearance score when the plant is observed from a plurality of directions.
