PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-containing aerosol which can maintain hydrogen concentration stably and can generate mist which diffuses further quickly, and to provide a storage method of the hydrogen-containing aerosol.SOLUTION: The invention provides: an aerosol 7 which injects an injection material 6 by a propellants 5 using hydrogen as the propellants 5 and a storage method of the hydrogen-containing aerosol 7. The injection pressure at 20°C is preferred to be 0.4-0.9 MPa, and the hydrogen is preferred to be produced by electrolysis. Further, the injection material 6 is preferred to be liquid, the injection material 6 is preferred to be a cosmetic, and the injection material 6 is preferred to be a drink.
