PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen water mist generating device capable of generating hydrogen water mist in which hydrogen gas is dissolved in high concentration to the extent that the efficacy as hydrogen water can be acquired sufficiently.SOLUTION: A hydrogen water mist generating device includes a housing 2, a water supply source 3 for supplying water to the inside of the housing 2, a water supply pipe 4 for connecting the inside of the housing 2 and the water supply source 3, a hydrogen gas supply source 5 for supplying hydrogen gas to the inside of the housing 2, a hydrogen gas supply pipe 6 for connecting the inside of the housing 2 and the hydrogen gas supply source 5, a mist spray nozzle 8 for spraying hydrogen water in a mist state in which hydrogen gas is dissolved, a hydrogen water circulation pipe 7 for connecting the housing 2 and the mist spray nozzle 8, and a heat source 9 for heating hydrogen water that passes through the hydrogen water circulation pipe 7 in the vicinity of the mist spray nozzle 8.
