The invention relates to a drilling device which ensures the guiding of the drill while making the holes for fixing an acetabular cage, applicable in orthopedy. According to the invention, the device consists of a body () made of plastics, by 3D printing, in which, in the area of each hole to be drilled, there are some guide bushes () of thermally-treated steel, having the shape of a hexagon in order to prevent the rotation, and which ensures the necessary drilling depths by a suitably designed thickness () of each area for laying the guide bushes ().Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv de găurire care asigură ghidarea burghiului la realizarea găurilor de fixare a unei cuşti acetabulare, cu aplicabilitate în ortopedie. Dispozitivul conform invenţiei este format dintr-un corp () confecţionat din masă plastică, realizat prin imprimare 3D, în care sunt fixate, în zona fiecărei găuri care urmează a fi realizată, nişte bucşe () de ghidare din oţel tratat termic, având o formă hexagonală, pentru a împiedica rotirea, şi care, prin proiectarea corespunzătoare a unei grosimi () a fiecărei zone de aşezare a bucşelor () de ghidare, asigură şi obţinerea adâncimilor de găurire necesare.
