The invention relates to a structure of a termite exterminating device. A controller is equipped inside the main body which is coupled with a display and a battery device. Further, a plurality of control buttons is disposed on the outside of the main body, and the control buttons are coupled with the controller which joins to a high-voltage transformer. Then, the main body is provided with a microwave unit which comprises a magnetron connected to a waveguide. The waveguide surrounds the outside of the antenna disposed on the magnetron such that the microwave can be concentrated and guided outward for killing termites. Moreover, the microwave can easily pass through insulators in order to exterminate the termites hidden in cabinets, wooden decorations and even under the ground.
