It is very convenient to operate and carry.一種電療穴位按摩襪，包含至少一襪體，及一電流產生單元。該電流產生單元包括一電流控制器，及複數間隔設置於該襪體內且電連接該電流控制器的導電片，所述導電片是分別對應一腳部的複數穴道位置。藉由所述導電片是直接設置在該襪體內且對應於腳部的穴道位置，使用者只要將該襪體穿上，並啟動該電流控制器，就能開始進行腳部穴道的電療按摩，操作及攜帶皆相當便利。
