PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dried powder of vegetable soybean milk which breeds intestinal microbes (good bacteria), accelerates the decomposition and absorption of nutrients, improves intestinal environment, and activates the function of intestines.SOLUTION: The mixture of 1 g of fermented and aged powder bed of salted rice bran used for pickling and 400 cc of soybean milk is fermented at a Celsius temperature of 25°C to 30°C for several hours so as to produce a vegetable soybean milk yogurt. The produced soybean milk yogurt is dehydrated with a dehydrater and dried at a Celsius temperature of 25°C to 30°C.
