An apparatus for extracting soil pore water by depths is provided to extract gravitational water or capillary water from a soil unsaturation layer and saturation layer and extract soil pore layer by depths from the ground according to soil tension. An apparatus for extracting soil pore water includes a pore water extracting pressure pump(110) and a soil pore water extracting unit(120). The pore water extracting pressure pump generates pressure and collects extracted soil pore water. The soil pore water extracting unit is connected to the pore water extracting pressure pump and extracts unsaturation layer soil pore water and saturation layer pore water together.
