PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile device that enables a person with difficulty in walking and a healthy person to easily move and climb stairs, and further, provide a device that enables movement while being seated on a chair and enables moving assistance to a western style toilet bowl.SOLUTION: There are provided stick-shaped propulsion tools with multiple wheels for enabling a mobile device to move ahead or stop and to change direction, and a footrest plate having wheels where a rider boards in a standing state. A folding type chair is provided to a person with difficulty in walking and a healthy person, the chair that has a shoulder hanger to carry a chair on its back, enables movement while being seated, and slides with wheels. Further, it is preferable that all wheels from the footrest plate to a foot cover may be turned to the frame at the lower part of the footrest plate, and the wheels and rollers for climbing the stairs may be added.
