PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evacuate a care-requiring person in a wheelchair downstairs or upstairs in the event of a disaster such as a fire or water damage, there is a device for lifting the wheelchair by a few people to raise or lower the stairs or to put the wheelchair on an electric lifting device to raise or lower it. . However, this device causes the caregiver to stand behind the care recipient and level the wheelchair, which increases the position of the care recipient and feels fear. Also, when descending, there is a danger that the lower part of the stairs is hard to see from above. SOLUTION: The person in need of care of a wheelchair is placed on the stairs lifting device so as to look at the upper part of the stairs, while the caregiver stands on the lower part of the stairs and can safely descend while looking downstairs and feet while looking at the upper part of the stairs when climbing. People who need care can feel a sense of security because the caregiver is on the lower side. In addition, the slope of the wheelchair when getting on and off becomes upright and becomes a wall of fallen objects from the upper part when climbing stairs, and it is possible to prevent direct hits to the care recipient. [Selection diagram] Figs. 1 and 2【課題】火事・水害等災害時、車椅子に乗る要介護者を階下又は階上に避難させるには数人で車椅子を持ち上げて階段を昇降するか電動昇降装置に車椅子を乗せ昇降する装置がある。しかしこの装置は介護者が要介護者の後ろに立ち且つ車椅子を水平にするので要介護者の位置が高くなり恐怖感を覚える。又、降下時は上部からでは階段下部が見え難く危険性がある。【解決手段】階段昇降装置に車椅子の要介護者は階段上部を見る様に乗せ介護者は階段下側に立ち降下時は階下と足元を見ながら安全に降下でき上昇時は階段上部を見ながら上昇でき要介護者は介護者が下側に居るので安心感が大きい。又、車椅子乗降時のスロープが直立し階段昇降時の上部からの落下物の壁となり要介護者への直撃を防ぐ事が出来る。【選択図】図１・図２
