An antibiotic formulation suitable for application to skin tissue, the formulation including: (a) a first agent containing silver(II) oxide (b) at least a second agent selected from the group of anti-microbial agents consisting of benzalkonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, salicylic acid, clotrimazole, and miconazole and (c) a base, the silver(II) oxide and the second agent being intimately dispersed within the base.Préparation antibiotique appropriée pour une application sur un tissu cutané, ladite préparation comprenant : (a) un premier agent contenant de loxyde dargent (II) (b) au moins un second agent sélectionné dans le groupe des agents antimicrobiens comprenant le chlorure de benzalkonium, le chlorure de benzéthonium, lacide salicylique, le clotrimazole et le miconazole et (c) une base, loxyde dargent (II) et le second agent étant intimement dispersé à lintérieur de la base.
