PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning endoscope apparatus capable of suppressing the occurrence of false color and color shift.SOLUTION: An optical scanning endoscope apparatus 10 includes a light emission timing control part 32 for controlling the light emission timing of a light source for selectively emitting light having a plurality of different wavelengths, scanning means for repeatedly scanning the light from the light source on an object, a light detection part 35 for detecting light obtained from the object by light irradiation and converting the light into an electric signal, and a signal processing part 37 for generating an image signal on the basis of the electric signal from the light detection part.
