PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing and packaging body which does not limit a kind of sterilizing method, gives no risk of a leak, shows a low packaging cost, and can easily be opened.

SOLUTION: A hole 20 in the inner side of the margin part of the sterilizing and packaging body is heat-sealed from the inside of the packaging body with a sterilizing seal 30 bigger than the hole 20. A content accommodated in the packaging body can be sterilized from the outside of the hole 20. An opening notch 22 is formed in the margin part of the sterilizing and packaging body, and the sterilizing seal 30 is mounted in the portion not interfering with the opening in the opening direction of the notch 22.
