PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the evaluation device of lower-limb muscle strength, which uses a weighing machine to be a familiar measuring instrument, is simple, and is based on our daily life, since for the ordinary citizens, especially the aged person and the handicapped person, when measuring the muscle strength of the lower limb, the lower-limb muscle strength needs to be measured with the help of a third party at a hospital or special facility and it is still unfamiliar nowadays.SOLUTION: A weighing machine is fixed to one end of a base frame, a seat is installed at another end opposite to it, a seat rail is provided between the base frame and the seat, and the position of the seat can be adjusted. As regards a motion for measurement, a user is seated on the seat, puts his or her both feet on the weighing machine, adjusts and fixes a distance between the weighing machine and the seat at about 90° of knee flexion, and treads as if the user stretches the feet on the weighing machine against it. As regards an evaluation value, by reading a pointer of the weighing machine, not only a measurer but also a user himself or herself can check his or her own muscle strength with his or her eyes.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 一般住民、特に高齢者や障害者にとって、下肢の筋力を測定することは、病院や専門的な施設で第三者の手助けを受けて測定する必要があり、現在に至っても身近だとは言いがたい。本発明は、体重計という身近な計測機器を利用し、簡便でかつ生活し即した下肢筋力の評価装置を提供するものである。【解決手段】 本発明の構造は、基盤フレームの一端に体重計を固定し、その対岸に座席を設置、基盤フレームと座席の間にシートレールを設置し、座席の位置を調整できるものである。測定にかかる動作については、座席に座り、両足を体重計に乗せ、体重計と座席の距離を膝屈曲90度位に調整固定し、体重計に乗せた足を突っ張るように踏みつける。評価値については体重計の針を読みとることで、測定者はもちろん、利用者本人が自身の下肢筋力を自分の目で確認することができる装置である。【選択図】図2
