PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostimulator that is configured to improve prognosis by using the electrostimulator from an early stage and preventing a muscular force decrease, considering the case that early physical therapy intervention is required because the muscular force decrease due to a prolonged bed rest becomes a major obstacle of the QOL improvement after bed-leaving, however, the physical therapy intervention may be difficult at a situation such as an acute phase of cardiac disease.SOLUTION: A stimulation current that is hard to generate muscle fatigue is generated with the minimum intensity necessary for maintaining a muscular force, and a muscular force decrease is prevented by using the generated stimulation current for a long term. Also, stimulation intensity is controlled by using a muscle output as an index in order to accurately perform stimulation with the minimum necessary intensity.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】長期臥床による筋力低下は離床後のQOL改善の大きな妨げになるため、早期の理学療法介入が必要とされている。しかし、心疾患の急性期のように、理学療法介入が困難な場合がある。本発明はこのような場合に早期から使用し、筋力低下を防止し、予後を改善しようとするものである。【解決手段】筋疲労が発生しにくい刺激電流を、筋力維持に必要な最低限の強さで発生し、これを長期間使用して筋力低下を防止する。また、必要最低限の強さで正確に刺激するために、筋出力を指標に、刺激強度を制御する。【選択図】図1
