PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscular power measuring device capable of measuring muscular power and spasticity of an upper limb and a lower limb, and measuring the muscular power and the spasticity by being inserted into a narrow space between a finger and a palm even when fingers are folded due to the spasticity.SOLUTION: By holding a pressure sensor by two plates and a buffer material, a thin, lightweight and small-sized shape is attained.
