According to the present invention, a chocolate shaving apparatus comprises: a chocolate mounting unit which allows a plurality of chocolate blocks to be mounted thereon； a frame which supports the chocolate mounting unit and forms a lower portion of the chocolate shaving apparatus； a motor which is installed in the frame； and a cutting unit which is joined to a rotation shaft of the motor, rotates around 360°；, and cuts lower portions of the chocolate blocks. According to the present invention, the chocolate shaving apparatus is designed to locate the motor under a rotation body and thus obtains a space for mounting the chocolate mounting unit on the frame as large as possible. The cutting unit is prevented from sagging by supporting the weight of the rotation body without an additional support body. The chocolate shaving apparatus has a space where a plurality of the chocolate blocks can be placed. A plurality of cutting blades, which rotate around 360°；, process the chocolate blocks at the same time. Therefore, productivity of the chocolate shaving apparatus is increased.본 발명에 따른 초콜릿 쉐이빙 장치는, 다수의 초콜릿 블럭들을 거치하는 초콜릿 안착부와, 상기 초콜릿 안착부를 떠받치며, 초콜릿 쉐이빙 장치의 하부를 형성하는 프레임와, 상기 프레임의 내부에 설치되는 모터, 상기 모터의 회전축에 연결되어, 360°회전하면서 초콜릿 블럭의 하단부를 깎아주는 커팅부를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 따른 초콜릿 쉐이빙 장치는 모터가 회전체 하부에 위치하도록 설계하여, 프레임 상부에 초콜릿 안착부를 위한 공간을 최대한 확보하고, 별도의 지지체를 구비하지 않고 회전체의 무게를 지지하여 커팅부의 처짐을 방지하도록 구성하였고, 다수개의 초콜릿 블록을 거치해 둘 수 있는 공간을 제공하고, 360°회전하는 다수개의 커팅날이 동시에 초콜릿 블륵들을 가공하므로 생산성을 향상시켰다.
