PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forestry machine capable of reducing burden on an operator who carries a chain saw when moving the forestry machine, and of retaining the posture of the forestry machine during the transfer thereof while a tool rest is not interfered by a harvester device.SOLUTION: A forestry machine is equipped with a tool rest on which a chain saw including a main body part and a chain saw part is loaded. The forestry machine comprises: a lower structure an upper structure mounted on the lower structure a cabin provided on the upper structure a boom installed on the upper structure an arm installed at a tip of the boom and a harvester device installed at a tip of the arm. The tool rest includes a support part for supporting the chain saw, and falling prevention parts erected on the support part for preventing falling of the chain saw. The falling prevention parts form a chain saw passing part for passing the chain saw part for the chain saw, and the chain saw loaded on the tool rest protrudes outward from the chain saw passing part.
