PURPOSE: A device for controlling the movement of a hand and arms is provided to control a hand and arms not to move toward a mouth due to appetite and smoking by applying stimulus to a user by sensing one of up/down left/right movement, rotation movement, gravity and position change. CONSTITUTION: A frame(1) comprises a housing(10) and more than one string(20) attached to the housing. The frame is worn below one a left arm and a right arm. The frame includes a sensor part(30), a stimulus generation part(40), a display part(80) and a control part(50). The sensor part comprises a sensor, and senses the frame to approach a face(2). The stimulus generation part stimulates one of sight, touch sensation and hearing. The display part provides more than one piece of visual information.
