PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product composition that is easy to ingest and digest compared to a conventional food product composition obtained by blending an adlay-derived component and a salmon milt extract and can efficiently maximize a health promoting effect of the adlay-derived component and salmon milt extract even when digestive organs are weakened.SOLUTION: A food product composition is obtained by blending a component A, a component B and a component C. The component A is a composition obtained by enzyme-treating one or more adlay constituents selected from a group including shells, thin skins and astringent skins of adlay. The component B is a composition obtained by refining pulverized slurry of fish milt with an aqueous medium.
