PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition, comprising: a powdered green tea extract and a powdered preparation comprising polyunsaturated fatty acids to be subjected to a method for supplementing diet with polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and for reducing oxidation of PUFAs, and to provide a food comprising the composition or a food prepared from the composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition, comprising: a powdered green tea extract and a powdered preparation comprising polyunsaturated fatty acids, wherein the combined amount of the powdered green tea extract and the powdered preparation comprising polyunsaturated fatty acids is at least about 90 wt.% of the composition, and wherein the powdered green tea extract comprises at least 40 wt.% of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and from about 5 to about 20 wt.% of epigallocatechin based on the weight of the powdered green tea extract, or a composition whose ratio of the green tea extract and the powdered preparation comprising polyunsaturated fatty acids is from 1 :50 to 1 : 10, or a composition comprising total polyphenols content of greater than about 80 wt.% and an EGCG content of greater than 45 wt.% based on the weight of the powdered green tea extract.
