A method for prompting patent information when detecting body temperature in the field of human body health monitoring and a personal mobile terminal. The method comprises: detecting a human body temperature state determining whether or not the human body temperature state is normal if yes, then maintaining a current state if the body temperature is either too high or too low, then issuing a prompt and pushing patent information and if normal human body temperature is not detected for an extended period of time, then transmitting information to a preset information receiving terminal. A user is able to combine product features with the patent information, thus allowing the value created by the invention to be maximized.Linvention concerne un procédé pour solliciter des informations de brevet lors de la détection de température corporelle dans le domaine de surveillance de santé du corps humain, et un terminal mobile personnel. Le procédé consiste : à détecter un état de température de corps humain à déterminer si létat de température du corps humain est normal si cest le cas, alors maintenir un état actuel si la température corporelle est trop haute ou trop basse, alors délivrer une sollicitation et pousser des informations de brevet et, si une température de corps humain normale nest pas détectée pendant une période de temps prolongée, alors transmettre des informations à un terminal de réception dinformations prédéfini. Un utilisateur peut combiner des caractéristiques de produits avec les informations de brevet, en permettant ainsi à la valeur créée par linvention dêtre maximisée.
