The present invention relates to the field of human body health monitoring. Provided are a method for prompting patent information when detecting respiration and a chest-affixing mobile terminal. The method comprises: detecting a human body respiratory rate state determining whether or not the respiratory rate state is normal if yes, then maintaining a current state if the respiratory rate is either too fast or too slow, then issuing a prompt and pushing patent information and if no respiratory rate is detected, then transmitting information to a preset information receiving terminal. Linvention concerne un procédé consistant à demander des informations de brevet lors de la détection de la respiration et un terminal mobile fixé au thorax. Le procédé consiste à : détecter un état de fréquence respiratoire dun corps humain déterminer si oui ou non létat de la fréquence respiratoire est normal si tel est le cas, maintenir un état actuel si la fréquence respiratoire est soit trop rapide, soit trop lente, envoyer une demande et transférer des informations de brevet et si aucune fréquence nest détectée, alors émettre des informations vers un terminal de réception dinformations prédéfini. Dans la présente invention, un utilisateur est autorisé à combiner des caractéristiques de produit avec les informations de brevet, ce qui permet de maximiser la valeur créée par linvention.
