<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursery bed for transplanting for equalizing seedling growth from sprouting until before transplanting, fully supplying fertilizer components necessary for root taking of seedlings after being transplanted to a planting field, preventing barrier to growth when the seedling is raised and making fertilizer hardly drop off in transplanting, and to provide a cultivation method for plants using the nursery bed. <；P>；SOLUTION: This nursery bed for transplanting is formed inside a connecting type seedling pot and has a medium layer made of a medium base material, a granular fertilizer layer made of granular fertilizer accumulated on the upper part of the medium layer and seeds or plant bodies. The granular fertilizer contains slow release nitrogenous fertilizer, and &ge；70 mass% of particles with a particle diameter of 1mm or above, and a maximum particle diameter of &le；2mm.
